Bellarmine’s James Weaver ’27 has been selected as a winner in the prestigious Law Day 2024 Video Contest organized by the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
“Mr. Weaver’s remarkable video submission stood out among numerous entries from talented students in our community,” noted Johanna Thai Van Dat, Commissioner Superior Court, County of Santa Clara, in a notification to Mr. Rod Jemison, principal. “His video demonstrated outstanding creativity and a strong message of democracy. We were thoroughly impressed by Mr. Weaver’s ability to effectively convey his ideas in a concise and impactful manner.”
In recognition of this achievement, James will receive an award from the court/organization, and his video will be featured on the court's website.
