You can help make the Golden Bell Auction a success by donating items to be included in our silent and live auctions. We're holding Gift Gathering Parties as a fun and convenient way to drop off your donations while mingling with other Bellarmine parents, alumni and friends.

To RSVP for an event, simply click the date of the event which best fits into your family calendar and complete the reservation form. Individual party sizes are limited so we suggest that you RSVP early. We will send you a confirmation email which includes the address of the host family upon receipt of your reservation.

WINE
There may be no such thing as extra wine, but if you can spare some wine from your collection, we are in need of premium wine for our silent auction.  We're also looking to serve a select few wines at the Golden Bell’s Ultimate Wine Bar. We’ve compiled this list of where these wines can be purchased.

EVENT TICKETS
Are you a season ticket or theater subscription holder? You can donate tickets for any game, any team, or any play! Give us the specifics, and we'll create a certificate for you.

EXPERIENCES & VACATION HOMES
Do you, or someone you know, have connections for a behind-the-scenes experience, a chef's dinner, a unique adventure, or a stay at a vacation home? Fun and rare opportunities make great auction items, and vacation homes are always top sellers! 

SERVICES & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Great packages can be created from gift certificates to retail stores and restaurants as well as businesses that provide landscaping, floral, pet, beauty, and spa services. Whether it's from you or a business you know, a contribution to the Golden Bell is a great way to give back and be visible in the Bellarmine community. More ideas are available HERE, but feel free to be creative! Huddle up with other parents and friends to brainstorm on a group gift. Bellarmine College Preparatory is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by law. The fair market value of the benefits received is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. The fair market value for each sponsorship level is as follows: Blue Table Sponsor = $1,075; Gold Table Sponsor = $1,150; Diamond Table Sponsor = $2,225; and Platinum Table Sponsor = $2,300.

Help of any kind, in any dollar amount, is most appreciated. You can also choose to help absorb the cost of the event by underwriting one of the following or by making a general donation in any amount of your choosing:
