Join Personal Counselors, Heidi Rolfson, and Chris Colletti, for a discussion on Jonathan Haidt’s book, The Anxious Generation. Jonathan Haidt lays out the facts about the epidemic of teen mental issues that hit many countries at the same time. Discuss Haidt’s ideas around steps to support teens mental health and restore their childhood.

Join Personal Counselor, Chris Atkins, and BCP LMFT, Michael Henry, for this one-hour session on identifying student stress and addressing healthy stress management for parents/guardians.
