They will host a panel discussion centered on attention and distractibility, drawing inspiration from Dr. Gloria Mark’s influential book, Attention Span: A Groundbreaking Way to Restore Balance, Happiness, and Productivity.

Enjoy light refreshments as our panel, comprised of selected Bellarmine parents, students, and faculty, explores effective strategies for enhancing focus amidst the myriad distractions of today's world.

Identifying Unresolved Stress and How to Respond

Stress is inevitable for all of us, and each of us manages stress differently.  In the constant race to meet academic expectations and fulfill family obligations, student and parent/guardian stress can go unchecked; however, there are healthy ways of managing stress in these stressful times. Join Personal Counselor, Chris Atkins, and BCP LMFT, Michael Henry, for this one-hour session on identifying student stress and addressing healthy stress management for parents/guardians.
