A Student's Perspective: Daniel '20

When I began my freshman year, I only knew about Bellarmine’s great academic program, but after attending this school for two years I can tell you Bellarmine has so much more to offer. Without a single doubt in my mind, I can say that there is something here for every student, whether it be through academics, athletics, clubs, or the many other extracurriculars this wonderful school has.

Bellarmine has been the right fit for me because I know they are preparing me not only for college, but for life. Cura Personalis is a phrase taught here that means “care for the entire person.” The school holds true to this by helping form not only well-rounded students, but well-rounded people. When describing Bellarmine I always say that there is an energy that enters your body whenever you are on campus, or at a Bellarmine-related event. I don’t know exactly how to explain it all, but I know that it is there.

I love Bellarmine because it is where I’ve made friends that I know will last a lifetime. I have teachers who want to see me succeed and who will take the time to help me. Most importantly, I love this school because they care about me not only as a student, but as a person.
